CPT Allen's years of experience on the waters was instrumental in putting our crew on top of the fish. It was then we had to use our limited ability and expertise to bring them up. First Mate Robert's initial instruction and coaching throughout was key in our crew catching all that we did. I appreciated Robert's professionalism and integrity along with his humor which created a relaxing environment. Without a doubt I'll will be booking with them in the future.

Based on our relationship with 100 Proof Charters, our family has concluded together that "if we are fishing from the Destin Harbor Walk Marina, we will only travel into the Gulf of Mexico with the captains and crew of the 100 Proof Charters"!

Our family prefers an 8 hour trip so we will not be rushed and can have a good time with these incredible professionals. They care enough to do all they can to assist our 8 year granddaughter and our 16 year old grandson catch fish and have fun with their mom, dad and grandparents (Ole Folks). Good luck at Ole Miss, Reese. NOTE: The captain and the crew CANNOT GURANTEE a catch, but they will do everything in their power to try to make it happen.

I would highly recommend this boat and this crew for anyone looking to charter. We caught a ton of different snapper and a bunch of triggerfish, often three at a time.

  Have had multiple amazing trips with Capt Alan and Capt Ben have been fishing with them since I was about 7 and still fishing with them today 23. Fished with... read more Alan since he was deckhanding for his father, then when he got his first couple small boats the locked up and locked up 2 and have fished all the way up till now with the big boy the 100 proof. Me and my family have always had amazing trips and he always asks us we going to fill the freezers or we going for fun and either way we still come home with the freezers full to the top! He always has the best deckhands helping and they are always friendly and helpful. I am always asked who I would fish with out of destin and first boat i always say it the 100 proof!!
